This software was recommended to me in an email. Since I don’t know the man who recommended it, I tried it out and it seems to be a great solution for someone who wants to separate and organize emails from customers but just wants a simple system without paying $100 or more a month.

This software allows you to set up several users (employees, departments or websites), thereby segmenting and organizing customer inquiries. It allows you to set up canned responses to answer the common questions quickly. It also allows you to set up a knowledgebase to answer FAQ and head off a lot of potential emails before they get sent.
